Challenge Employment and Training aspires to educate through its mission of utilising its skills and resources to assist people to be the best that they can be. We are a community based organisation with a proud history of over 40 years, serving the community, especially those disadvantaged.
We deliver employment assistance programs funded by all levels of government enabling disadvantaged job seekers to prepare for and maintain sustainable employment. Being an RTO enables us to deliver purpose driven training empowering people to be the best they can be.
Our work pathways are much more than just a course. They are a step towards a job. They get you ahead of the pack. They include individualised plans to help you reach your full potential.
